The Association collects and uses your personal information for the purposes of user verification and statistical/analytical data to provide optimal services tailored to your requests.
The specific purposes of collection and use according to each personal information item collected are as follows:
- Name, E-mail Address, Phone Number: Ensuring smooth communication channels for responding to inquiries, handling complaints, etc.
- Other Optional Items: Data for providing customized personal services.
2. Use Beyond Purpose and Provision/Sharing with Third Parties
Except with your prior consent or as required by relevant laws and regulations, the Association will under no circumstances use your personal information beyond the scope disclosed in the "Purposes of Collection and Use of Personal Information" or provide it to other individuals, companies, or organizations.
In the event that your personal information is provided or shared, we will notify you in advance via e-mail or in writing regarding who the recipient is, what their primary business is, what specific items of personal information are being provided or shared, and the purpose of providing or sharing the information, and obtain your explicit consent.
However, in the following cases, personal information may be provided without your consent in accordance with relevant laws and regulations:
- When necessary for fee settlement resulting from service provision.
- When provided in a form that cannot identify a specific individual for statistics, academic research, or market research.
- When specifically mandated by laws such as the Act on Real Name Financial Transactions and Confidentiality, the Use and Protection of Credit Information Act, the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Local Tax Act, the Consumer Protection Act, the Bank of Korea Act, and the Criminal Procedure Act.

The Association obtains your consent for the collection of your personal information.
Regarding the collection of your personal information, the Association discloses the contents of the Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use. If you review this Privacy Policy and then submit a customer order or register a post on the customer bulletin board, you are deemed to have consented to the collection of your personal information.

5. Collection of Personal Information
The Association collects only the minimum personal information required to use the services.
In order to use the Association's services to request materials, you must provide your name, phone number, e-mail address, and relevant content as mandatory inputs. However, optional items such as reference sites or bulletin board attachments do not limit your use of the service even if you do not enter them.
6. Collection of Personal Information via Cookies
The Association does not operate "cookies" that store and frequently retrieve your information.
7. Access to and Correction of Personal Information
The Association does not accept membership registration. Accordingly, please request access to or correction of your personal information from the Chief Privacy Officer in writing, by phone, or via e-mail, and we will take immediate action upon receiving your request.
8. Withdrawal of Consent (Membership Cancellation)
The Association does not accept membership registration. Accordingly, if you contact the Chief Privacy Officer in writing, by phone, or via e-mail to withdraw your consent to the collection of personal information, we will take necessary measures without delay, such as destroying your personal information.
9. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
The Association will destroy your personal information without delay once the purpose of collection or the purpose for which it was provided has been achieved.
- Online Consultation: Upon the customer’s request for deletion.
- Customer Bulletin Board: When the customer deletes their own written post.
However, even if the purpose of collection or the purpose for which it was provided has been achieved, your personal information may be retained if there is a necessity to preserve it under provisions of laws such as the Commercial Act.
10. Protection of Personal Information of Children Under 14
The Association does not collect the personal information of children under the age of 14, and does not accept any consultation or inquiry activities by children under the age of 14.

12. Duty to Notify Due to Policy Changes
This Privacy Policy was enacted on October 24, 2006. In the event of additions, deletions, or modifications to its content due to changes in laws, policies, or security technology, the Association will notify users through the homepage regarding the reasons and details of the changes at least 10 days before the enforcement of the revised privacy policy.
